Experience fun-filled active older adult exercise classes in a senior friendly atmosphere. Classes are taught by certified instructors and focus on low impact aerobics, strength training, stretching, flexibility and balance exercises. For members who wish to exercise independently, the fitness center is equipped with a variety of cardio machines offering both low impact and weight bearing options to accommodate individual needs. Our weight room features free weights and strength training equipment to help improve strength, balance and stability.
Qualified staff is available during staffed hours to assist members or to take blood pressure. All staff members are CPR and AED certified. Personal trainers with experience working with older adults and special populations are available to design specialized programs for members needing assistance.
