Gravity Group Classes are now available!

The Group Gravity Sessions are a fun and innovative program that provides full body conditioning through resistance training in small groups on your own Gravity Trainer for the entire workout. Your training sessions are monitored for maximum results in just 45 minutes. Or in other words….less clock, more rock.

Sessions will consist of an 8-week program meeting twice a week.

Each Session is limited to 6 participants
